"I haven't properly exercised in about 10 years, so I was slightly apprehensive as to what I wanted to achieve upon my venture back to the gym. Paul really took the time to understand what I foresaw as achievable and put together a very detailed program for me to follow.
My basic goals were to build up my strength and physique, and challenge myself over new areas which I hadn't tackled before. Aft...er carefully understanding my physical ability at the time and my lifestyle he pieced together a detailed program that would focus on improving my strength across all areas. This balanced with careful dietary advice and a strong motivational presence from Paul, I was initially pushed to my limits physically (exactly what I needed), but it left me relishing the opportunity to push myself harder next time.
I met with Paul at the beginning of 2015 with the idea that I may do 2-3 times a week in the gym, but I have now become a gym addict. I am in better shape than ever before in the gym at least 5 times a week, carrying on my personal program that I am able to adjust on my own. I have lost just over a stone in excess body fat, and tripled my strength with the weights I am now lifting in just over 6 months.
I cannot recommend Pauls services enough, a very friendly and approachable character that wont be overly militant but work you over and beyond to your goals."

"I started training with Paul Mamoany in September 2014 and I then weighed just under 20 stone and whilst I was reasonably active  going to the gym 2/3 times a week my training regime lacked intensity. However, I had a persistent backache and was seeing a chiropractor every 2 weeks. "I've been lifting on and off for about 8 years now between different competitive sports and living situations. For the past year I've been solely focused on Olympic lifting with a relatively clean diet. During this entire period I have been in what I would describe as ok shape but did not have an aesthetic body that reflects the amount of training and dietary effort I put in for several years. Having a 2 week holiday
coming up in 7 weeks time I made a deal with Paul to train and eat exactly as he instructed in an attempt to get into the kind of shape I've always wanted to be in. Within 2 weeks my body fat was down considerably and my ribs and upper abs started coming through for the first time ever. The diet plan was easy to follow but still very strict, and with the results I was getting, very motivating to stick to. I can't say it wasn't a challenge as the exercise was much more interval and intensity based than I am used to so I had to work very hard to adapt to this change. Paul adapted everything around my abilities to ensure I was working hard enough each and every time I stepped into the gym, he checked up on my diet and kept me motivated the entire time.

At the end of my training my weight was down considerably and my body fat had dropped by about 5% in 7 weeks. I was in the best shape of my life, the best cardio of my life and also felt the best I've ever been in my general health. Also with my weight being down I can now compete in a lighter Olympic lifting category! There is no way I could have pushed myself to get into this shape without training with Paul.
Everything we did was smart, realistic and personalised to my needs. No questions that next time I'm wanting another push I'll be getting onto Paul.

Even if you're a regular to the fitness world but you're not getting the results you want or you're brand new to this, Paul will get you the results you want if you trust his judgement, work hard and follow his program. It's as simple as that!
