Our Personal Training options should be your first option if you are looking to make wholesale changes to your health, fitness, physique and lifestyle.

Starting with a free consultation and proper screening and lifestyle analysis, we will discuss your short and long term goals and decide how best to go about reaching them based on your availability, current fitness levels and budget.

You will receive a nutrition and training plan specifically tailored to you and your individual needs and will be taken through these sessions making sure every detail of your training is at an optimum level to achieve fast results, from proper technique, to your knowledge and understanding of the exercises you are doing.

Going through a series of our personal training sessions will not only get you to reach your short term goals but also set you up to reach your long term potential.

Our monthly package options are our most popular and for one good reason, they yield the best results. With a monthly standing order set up you wont need to worry about having to stop sessions all of a sudden because you cant scrape the funds together for a new block, it simply becomes part of your routine. In achieving fitness goals, consistency is key, and this is a great way to stay accountable.

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS

 

Group training is a great way to enjoy your training with friends or relatives and can massively increase motivation levels during sessions. With a trainer AND a partner or two there to push you and keep you focused the results will come thick and fast.

This can also be a more cost effective way to train if you don't quite have the budget for the 1-on-1 Personal Training packages. Splitting the cost between 1-5 people can mean the difference between starting your fitness journey right now and delaying further because of a lack of funds.

So grab a buddy with a similar goal to you and lets get training!

HIIT-BLITZ

 

 

If you are looking for a quickfire, fat torching, plateu busting, good old fashioned beasting...then the 30 minute HIIT-BLITZ sessions are for you!

During these sessions you will be pushed to your limits using the High Intensity Interval Training method which is designed to light your metabolic fire and keep it lit for a prolonged period of time after training, allowing your body to deplete muscle energy stores and burn away fat long after you have finished your session.

HIIT-BLITZ sessions are fast, fierce and fun. It will shake up your training routine, keep your body guessing and give you some much needed variety using everything from your own bodyweight to sledge hammers!
